Producer & Creative Director — 2024 A.S.K. Mental Health Campaign
Young people today are navigating increasing levels of stress, academic pressure, and social challenges, making mental health awareness and support more important than ever. The A.S.K. Campaign was created to encourage students to open up, strengthen their support systems, and take small but meaningful steps toward caring for their mental well-being.
Developed in partnership with BetterHelp and Active Minds, the campaign invited students to participate in one of three mental health pledges designed to promote reflection and connection:
Acknowledge — Recognize something they may be struggling with and take a step toward addressing it.
Support — Write a note to someone important in their life and send a message of encouragement.
Keep in Touch — Reach out to someone with a call or text to check in and strengthen their connection.
By committing to one of these pledges, students automatically gained access to free mental health resources and were entered for a chance to receive free therapy through the campaign’s partner network.
As Producer and Creative Director, I led the campaign from ideation through launch — guiding the creative strategy, overseeing social media storytelling, developing graphic and digital content, managing partner relationships, and coordinating campaign messaging across platforms.
