ABOUT ME...

I’m TJ — a creator, strategist, storyteller, and Director of Marketing who lives at the intersection of culture and strategy.

With a background in social media, content creation, and campaign strategy, I specialize in building ideas that move people — not just metrics. I’ve partnered with brands like Hollister Co., Samsung, Reebok, Legacy Youth Leadership, Thirst Project, and Archrival to bring stories to life across digital platforms and real-world experiences. I tend to wear a lot of hats — something you’ll see throughout this portfolio — from creative direction and campaign strategy to content creation and event production. Along the way, I’ve helped lead campaigns that have reached millions of people and chaired large-scale events that have generated billions of media impressions.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, with minors in Creative Media Industries and Media Strategies — which basically means I love both the art and the analytics behind great work. Whether I’m in front of the camera, behind it, or building the strategy that powers it, I care about one thing: creating work that feels human, intentional, and impossible to ignore.

MY WORK

EVENT

PRODUCTION

I lead large-scale experiences from concept to curtain call — serving as Chair and Head of Production for red carpet galas and Director of Production for Legacy Summit, a student leadership conference featuring keynote speakers, performers, and interactive workshops. From creative direction and show flow to talent coordination and production design, I focus on crafting experiences that resonate both in the room and far beyond it, with events generating billions of media impressions and reaching millions of people digitally. At the core of my work is a deep attention to how a room feels — the pacing, visuals, and energy — ensuring every detail comes together to create moments audiences remember long after the event ends.

IMPACT 
CAMPAIGNS

As Director of Marketing, I’ve helped lead national campaigns tackling climate change, mental health, the water crisis, and gender equality. I don’t just create content — I help coordinate the strategy, storytelling, and execution that turn awareness into measurable impact, with campaigns that have reached millions of people across social and digital platforms.

From directing a short film to producing event recaps, vlogs, and social-first content, storytelling sits at the center of what I do. I lead projects from creative concept through final edit — blending narrative, pacing, and purpose to create content that connects with audiences.

WEBSITE
DEVELOPMENT

I led the creation of a new website for Legacy Youth Leadership, building the platform from the ground up for both desktop and mobile. I oversaw the full creative process — from site structure and storytelling to visual design and user experience — ensuring the site clearly communicated Legacy’s mission. I also developed custom microsites for major impact campaigns focused on issues like climate change, mental health, the global water crisis, and gender equality.

This section highlights a collection of advertising and brand campaign concepts that I’ve curated, designed, and developed through strategic briefs and creative challenges. Across these projects, I explored how brands can connect with modern audiences through insight-driven storytelling, cultural relevance, and bold creative ideas. From shaping the core concept to developing the visual direction and campaign executions, I focused on building ideas that feel both strategic and creatively compelling. Featured work includes campaign concepts I helped create for brands such as HBO Max, Chase, Sephora, and more.
